Couples’ Coaching

My approach to couples’ coaching is entirely different from traditional counseling methods - and it’s designed to help you get the outcomes you have been looking for. I believe that a healthy, happy relationship is built on a foundation of two happy, healthy individuals. Instead of bringing you together to rehash the same old arguments, I begin by working with each of you individually. This allows you to get grounded, develop self-awareness, and develop the skills you need–particularly around communication–before you come together as a couple. By the time you do, you’ll have solid ground to stand on, equipped with the tools to communicate effectively and break free from unproductive patterns. This approach leads to real, tangible change and makes an authentic and fulfilling relationship possible. 

One of the best things I learned from Adele was how to have compassion for myself, even in the hardest times. She also taught my husband and me the practical skills around communication that we really needed to short circuit our same old arguments. We were finally able to make the changes we needed to get our relationship back on track.
